Intelligent Intensive Pulse Light (IPL) Sterilizing Robot

Intelligent Intensive Pulse Light (IPL) Sterilizing Robot is the latest research results of the PhD team from Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CIOMP). It is a new type of environmentally friendly and efficient disinfection and sterilization product. It adopts the principle of high-voltage ionization and polarization of pulsed xenon lamps. It uses high-intensity full-wavelength light and the photochemical effect of ultraviolet light and the photo-thermal effect of infrared light. It inactivates all kinds of microorganisms on the surface of the object and in the air quickly to achieve the purpose of disinfection and sterilization. The product has reached the world's leading level.

Through high-pressure ionization of xenon gas, a special xenon lamp tube is used as the light source to gather high energy in a short period of time to generate intensive pulse light from ultraviolet to infrared, which is instantly released in the form of light radiation.

The spectral distribution is similar to sunlight (100-1100nm), composed of ultraviolet light (100-400nm), visible light (400-700nm), and infrared light (700-1100nm). Its light intensity is 20,000 to 100,000 times of sunlight reaching the ground.

Intensive pulse light acts on microorganisms, destroys the deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA) of the microorganisms, breaks the SH and CH bonds of organic molecules, inhibits the propagation of bacteria, and greatly improves the disinfection effect (Elimination rate of various pathogenic microorganisms> 99.9%), shorten the disinfection time.
